How to place an order

Simply add items to your cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. View items in your cart by clicking "view cart" button. To proceed to checkout, click "view cart" button.

Credit Card and PayPal
It is not necessary to have an account with Paypal in order for you to use this form of payment. PayPal’s industry-leading fraud prevention measures and one-of-a-kind method of keeping your financial information private from sellers make this a safe way to pay online. Since we use PayPal as our credit card verification and payment system, we never actually see your credit card information. This means we can't store it on site. It also means no one can break into our system and get your credit card or personal information.

Personal Checks
Checks must have your full name and address printed on them. There will be a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.

Money Orders
Only US Postal Money Orders are accepted.

Packaging

All items will come in an Organza gift bag.

Shipping

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 which includes delivery by USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Free shipping for orders over $50. We only ship to the United States.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure all or our jewelry meets customer expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receipt for a refund. The return shipping method must include tracking. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please return item in its original packaging making sure item is protected from damage.

Repair Policy

Free repair for broken wires and restringing. Clasps will be repaired if broken but not for jump rings as those can be easily repaired.

Resizing

If an Item is not the desired length resizing can be done for a small charge, fee depends on the item to be resized.
