About Me:

I started creating jewelry for fun when I was a child, I then would dabble in making jewelry for my daughters, their friends and my friends. I love color and putting together different combinations in my work. My inspirations mainly come from nature, the oceans, mountains, forests, and flowers. I also love fairies, mermaids and dragonflies.

I have been collecting beach glass for many years and I say walking on a beach and finding that perfect piece of frosted glass, especially if it is a rare color, is like finding treasure. I also feel that way when I walk into a bead shop and find just the right thing to create a beautiful piece that can bring a smile to someone’s face.

Most of my work is personal as it is about making things I would enjoy wearing and hope others will enjoy too. I always use the best quality beads and gemstones I can find as well as 925 Sterling silver and Artisan created lampwork and Sterling beads.

Recently I purchased a kiln and plan on using it to make lampwork beads as well as glass pieces for my jewelry. I am also planning to take up silverwork so I can design my own pieces as much as possible. The possibilities are endless and I can’t wait to get started.
